Christina Douglas – Owner

 

Iyomakha (Yom) Douglas is Founder and CEO of The JPI Group. She brings more than 12 years of leadership and management experience to the organization. As a seasoned leader, Yom has held several managerial positions over the years and desired to make a splash in the workforce solutions market. Her experience hiring, training, leading, human resource compliance, and driving profit at these organizations motivated Yom to start her entrepreneurial journey and certainly contributes to her dynamic leadership of JPI. Yom oversees daily operations and assists with generating new clients. She is  passionate about impactful customer service for our clients and candidates.

 

Christina is married with a 13 year old Son. She loves to spend time with her family and visit warm weather locations.

Paul Douglas – President

 

Paul has spent the past 20 years consulting for hundreds of companies on the best solutions, to discover the talent needed, to achieve critical business goals. He has designed, implemented and executed talent management strategies for various industries. Paul’s specific expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies and familiarity with various models allows him to enhance business performance, profitability and analysis of their current state. Also, he has a proven capability of collaborating with senior leaders to build simple and practical solutions which effectively align with business needs and challenges to achieve significant results.

 

Paul is married with a 13-year-old son. He is a Ravens, Orioles, and NY Knicks sports fan. (Yes. . .Knicks!) Paul loves to coach youth sports and enjoys volunteering his time to inform and teach under-privileged youth about the opportunity in technology and life skills.

Praveen Kedar 

 

Praveen is a successful entrepreneur with 20+ years’ experience in technology. He took on various roles in his early days as a software engineer, analyst, architect, etc,. Eventually, Praveen held various middle management roles and has always loved the challenge of taking complex projects to fruition. He built a deep understanding of business operations while working on diverse enterprise systems such as: Lead and Marketing Campaign management, CRM, Order Processing, Inventory Management, Retail and Wholesale billing, Service Assurance, COST Audit, Revenue Assurance, Margin Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence.

 

In 2013, Praveen founded CanWill Technologies, along with three other founders. He has been responsible for developing growth strategy and often acts as a success manager. Praveen is also the founder and CEO of Niveza, a financial education and marketplace with 250,000+ registered members. He took on CTO role during start-up days of Niveza and lead product engineering efforts. He later rolled up his sleeves and developed into a Marketing strategist and hands-on digital marketer. Praveen enjoys playing golf and actively involved in fitness and yoga when he wants to take a breather from his favorite role as a Technologist and Entrepreneur.

Tunde Omonijo – Director of Operations

 

Tunde Omonijo is the Director of Operations at The JPI Group, LLC (JPI). With over 15 years of experience in all facets of financial operations, Tunde oversees JPI’s financial and accounting matters while managing the company’s strategic initiatives and operations.

Before joining JPI, Tunde handled the financial and accounting affairs of a leading staffing company in Washington, DC. While reporting directly to the Owner/President, Tunde managed over $8 million in revenues and simultaneously directed and managed multiple key initiatives, including company-wide system implementations and the overall financial management system. Prior to that role, he served as Senior Accountant at a Federal Government contracting company, where he provided support on accounting audits and financial reviews at various sites throughout the United States. Tunde began his career with The Washington Post, where he handled Revenue Recognition and Fixed Assets.

 

Tunde is a graduate of Temple University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Jacque Jensen – Director of Recruiting

 

Jacquelyn Jensen is the Director of Recruiting at The JPI Group. With 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, she has been accountable for growing and managing the recruiting process, nationally. Her vast responsibilities include ensuring the recruiting team is up to date on the newest recruiting trends and technologies to guarantee the best delivery for JPI’s clients. As the leader of a phenomenally talented group of Executive Recruiters and Coordinators, Jacque and her team constantly collaborate to support clients in finding, attracting, and cultivating talent. Jacquelyn graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration and concentration in Entrepreneurship.
